Dr. Sukhender Singireddy, M.D., is the Founder & Director of Suncoast Vein & Vascular Clinic. He is Board Certified in Phlebology, Board Certified in Interventional Radiology, Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology & Fellowship trained in Nuclear Medicine.
Dr. Singireddy was the former division head of Interventional Radiology at Florida Memorial Hospital, Ormond beach and Florida Hospital in Palm Coast.

Many specialists treat leg veins, including Vascular Surgeons, General Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Anesthesiologists, OBGYN's and General Practitioners. The field is open to any licensed medical doctor. An inexperienced doctor could burn and scar a patient. And there's nothing stopping any doctor, regardless of his or her training, from wielding a laser.
Treatment failures for spider and bulging veins are often due to overlooking problems with deeper veins in the legs. Ultrasounds are often done by a technologist who has had minimal or no training in evaluating the superficial veins. Look for someone willing to spend time explaining your condition and outlining options. Don't be afraid to inquire how much of the practice is devoted to varicose veins.
